After leaving Drama School in 1998 Dean lived and worked in London for over ten years. During that time he gained a wealth of knowledge and experience as a professional Actor.
Dean returned to Swansea in 2006 to set up The Performance Factory Stage School. Now well-established TPF has over 300 children and is continuing to grow both in size and reputation. As well as running The Performance Factory Dean still works as a professional actor and director.
In conjunction with this, on a daily basis Dean runs his talent agency, The Performance Factory Management. TPFM has launched itself as a fresh and dynamic young performers agency specializing in up and coming talent. Representing both children and adult actors in film, television and theatre as well as radio, modeling, commercials and voice work.
